Gayle Saunders, APR, is founder and CEO of The Saunders PR Group, a full-service public relations agency in Columbus, OH. TSPRG specializes in reputation management, media relations and training, crisis communications and media buying.
Saunders is honored to be named a 2021 YWCA of Central Ohio Woman of Achievement and a 2021 PRNEWS Changemaker and nationally recognized as Leader in PR. She was also named 2018 Public Relations Practitioner of the Year by the Central Ohio Public Relations Society of America, Saunders is the first African American to earn this title in the history of the chapter. In 2021, TSPRG earned the prestigious PRISM Award for its work on the 2020 Census and in 2019, TSPRG earned a PRISM Award and the national Communicators Award for its work with CelebrateOne. Saunders has more than 30 years of experience in building effective public relations strategies and campaigns. She is a frequently requested speaker and panelist on communications with diverse constituents and how to recruit and retain diverse public relations talent.
She has led public relations for Nationwide, AT&T, the Memorial Tournament, NASCAR, and held executive roles at National City Bank, The Ohio State University, The City of Columbus and Columbus City Schools. Saunders served mayors Greg S. Lashutka and Michael B. Coleman as Columbus' first female deputy safety director.
Saunders served as liaison to the White House, managing over 100 national media and a team of 70 internal leaders during The Ohio State University’s Spring 2013 Commencement for former President Barack Obama’s commencement address.

She and her husband have one teenage son.

Tia Ramey , Chief Digital Strategist, is a sought after and noted digital strategist. She built her brand starting in college, working as a freelance social media marketing consultant two-years before social media was perceived as a career path. Her most recent accomplishments include winning Increase CDC's 2018 Advisor of the Year award and the SBA's Pitch Competition. Ramey is a sought after lecturer about social media and has appeared as a social media expert on ABC news and a speaker at The Ohio State University, The Destiny Center, Ohio Media School, several churches, and non-profits. She volunteers her services to one start-up non-profit every quarter. Ramey loves data and research and makes complex data analysis simple and easy to read for the client to understand results. She is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design where she holds a bachelor's in fine arts and attended grad school at Franklin University where she studied Marketing and Communication.
Amber Mabry, Creative Director, is an attention to detail and focused professional who drives all creative for The Saunders PR Group. She supports campaigns, reports, digital media, social media and more through her creative design.
As a graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design she understands the importance of conceptual layout and design execution.
