Larry C. Conner, Chief Human Resources Officer for The Saunders Public Relations Group, is responsible for managing Human Resources operations, safety and federal and state labor compliance. Prior to working with TSPRG, he was a consultant to school districts, administrators and boards of education on issues relating to governance and human resources. He was the human resource officer for the Clayton County, Georgia, Board of Education; chief operations officer of the Kentucky School for the Deaf; director of the Division for Personnel Services for the Kentucky Department of Education and has held various positions involving employee relations and development. Conner has also served as chair of the Fayette County Board of Education, trustee to the Kentucky Retirement Systems and member of the International Personnel Management Association’s Professional Development Committee. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science and a master’s degree in education from Eastern Kentucky University.
